This American Made Fender D’Aquisto Deluxe in trans red flame maple is very rare. Out of the 32 guitars that Stephen Stern made with the help of Jimmy D’Aquisto, there are no Trans Red D’Aquisto arch tops found on the market today that came from this fender custom shop run. Most of them are natural, have burst finishes or came in black.

This D’AQUISTO DELUXE is Signed by Stephen Stern on the tag inside the guitar as well as his signature being on the COA card.

Jimmy D’Aquisto’s name is held in very high regard in the world of arch top guitar makers.

Prior to 1995 Jimmy D'Aquisto went to the custom shop in Carona California to supervise Stephen Stern in building 32 of these archtop guitars.

Jimmy D’Aquisto died in April 1995 so these are the last guitars that he had anything to do with.
