Acoustic Guitar Bridge Removal and Reglue.  Acoustic guitar bridges are glued on to the top of the guitar. Sometimes if an acoustic guitar has been over humidified or even dried out, the bridge will start to pull off of the top of the guitar. In this event the bridge needs to be completely removed. The bottom of the bridge needs to have all the old glue removed as well as, scraping the old glue off of the foot print on the top of the guitar, where the bridge is glued on and then it can be glued back to the top of the acoustic guitar. Clamping pressure is important durring the regluing process. Depending on the Acoustic guitar we will either use hyde glue are titebond to glue the Acoustic guitar bridge back on and then clean up all the glue squeeze out before we restring the guitar.
