    Most bass repairs are completed within 7–10 business days (Tuesday–Saturday, excluding Sundays and Mondays). Turnaround depends on the scope of the repair and parts availability.

    Yes — if you book a Same-Day Bass Setup in advance. Drop it off in the morning, and it’ll be ready by evening. Walk-ins or unbooked setups follow our standard turnaround schedule.

  • Do you offer rush service for setups or repairs?
    We don’t charge extra rush fees or push other clients’ work aside. It’s not fair to those who booked ahead. Instead, we reward advance scheduling — if you book a Same-Day Setup in advance, your instrument will be prioritized and completed that day. Every client gets the same level of care, and scheduling ahead ensures your spot on the bench.

  • Do you work on 5- and 6-string basses?
    Absolutely. We handle 4-, 5-, and 6-string basses regularly, including active electronics and extended-range models.

  • Do you repair electronics and pickups?
    Yes. From scratchy pots to full pickup swaps and rewiring, we handle all bass electronics.

  • Are same-day setups rushed?
    Not at all. A same-day setup means your instrument is scheduled in advance and prioritized, which is what ensures you get it back the same day. Every setup receives the same care and precision we’ve always given our clients — booking ahead simply guarantees the timing, never at the expense of quality.

  • Do you guarantee your repairs?
    Yes. Every repair and setup includes a 30-day adjustment period. If your bass needs further adjustment after the work is complete, bring it back and we’ll take care of it at no charge. We fully stand behind our workmanship.

Please note that same day setup's can be performed on most bass guitars being dropped of in our shop however in the event that parts are needed because we find something is broken on your bass or needs to be replaced, there may be a delay. We will commumicate with you should any need outside of a setup arrise.
