Based on guitars first introduced around the same time as the OM, the Collings C10 is a leaner alternative with the narrow waist and small upper bout resulting in a precise, focused response. Of all acoustic models offered by Collings, the C10 is the easiest for electric guitarists to adapt to, thanks in part to the more rounded neck profile, it will likely have a familiar feel in the hands. It's also perfect for fingerstyle players and strummers alike, the Collings C10 is versatile enough for various music genres, from folk and blues to classical and jazz. Its pre-war scalloped X-brace design ensures superior resonance and projection, making it a great choice for either the stage or personal home use.

This C10 E features Engelmann Spruce top, Honduran mahogany back and sides, a 25 1/2″ scale length, rope top purfling, a walnut backstrip, OHSC, and ideal action/ playability for most players. As mentioned in the title of the listing there are some cosmetic issues with the finish on the guitar, please see photo's for visual description. It's largely isolated to the back of the guitar, with some smaller blemishes on the side (it appears some of the lacquer has sunk into the pores of the wood grain on the sides). Of course this not something that affects the tone or playability of the guitar, however it's certainly worth mentioning. Due to a 25 picture limit please request more pictures if you'd like to see the imperfections in closer detail. Purchase includes a pro setup and reverb safe shipping/ full insurance.
