Acoustic Guitar Setup 6 string
We understand how frustrating it is when an acoustic guitar isn't playing as comfortably as you would like it to. We are here to help. Before an acoustic guitar ever hit's our bench, we like talking with you as the player to understand your playing style so we can zero in on what it is that will bring your acoustic guitar to life for you. We will remove your old strings, clean and condition your fret board and clean up frets as needed. A general cleaning of the instrument will be performed, please note that if there is a heavy build up of gunk on the body and top of your guitar and or on the fret board, you will probably be looking at a little more cost on the clean up. The neck will be adjusted to compensate for your tuning and or capo usage. Saddle height and nut slots depth will be adjusted as part of the setup process. At times, the saddle needs to be replaced, there is an additional charge for this service due to the saddle being fabricated by us in the shop to fit your guitar. If your guitar has a low neck angle we can still generally make improvements in the playability of your acoustic guitar however more will be known once we see your acoustic guitar in person. Once the setup is completed, we will play test your guitar to make sure it's in good working order.
