B&G Guitars just about do it all - from mixing their own nitro finishes to winding pickups and even casting their own brass hardware. Their goal? To re-create the feeling of playing an old guitar, while at the same time updating those old magic formulas. Handcrafted in Tel Aviv, Israel the Little Sister Private Build series is an extremely high quality build handcrafted by the expert luthier team at B&G. Nearly every component of the Private Build construction process is developed in-house to ensure the utmost in quality down to glues used by B&G. This is an inspiring instrument drawing many of its key aspects from the parlor guitars played by pioneering bluesmen.

Inspired by vintage parlor, and early Les Pauls, B&G's Little Sister is indeed a tribute to guitars of yore, in both fit and form. Available in single- and non-cutaway versions, the Little Sister comes in an array of velvety 'bursts (Tobacco, Brown, Lemon, Cherry, Honey, and Black), as well as Black Widow and Natural. This particular Little Sister has every available upgrade including a spectacular AAAA flamed Maple top and beautifully figured Mahogany back, and a Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard!

--Soft V neck profile is inspired by a vintage acoustic neck, solid yet comfortable, to retain our trademark parlor feel and facilitate the thumb fretting techniques.

--Each pickup is wound by hand with AWG42 lacquered enamel copper wire, powered by in-house cast AlNiCo II and AlNiCo V magnets and covered by our handmade brass covers.

--B&G only uses old-growth, reclaimed, and naturally seasoned wood blanks, hand selected and stored in a controlled environment warehouse. Our Maple tops are no exception, and are available in different quality and figuring classes
